Tallerine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 tsp. chili powder
1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can corn
salt and pepper
2 large onions, chopped
1 can Ro-Tel
1 small box Velveeta cheese
1 large green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of water
Preparation

Cook noodles; set aside. Brown hamburger, onion, peppers and garlic. Add chili powder, salt and pepper. Line a casserole dish with half of the cooked noodles, then meat mixture. Cover with corn and cheese. Add last half of noodles. Over this pour soup and water that have been mixed together. Then pour Ro-Tel on top. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 250\u00b0 to 275\u00b0.
