Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 beaten egg
3/4 c. orange juice
2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Sift flour with sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda. Stir in cranberries and chopped walnuts.
Combine egg, orange juice and oil.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
Bake in greased loaf pan at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until done.
Bread is done when a cake tester comes out clean.
