Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 medium cans chunk pineapple
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Pour pineapple in bottom of casserole dish.
Mix sugar and flour.
Crush crackers; melt butter and mix.
Pour sugar and flour mixture on top of pineapple.
Pour cracker/butter on top, then cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
