Cranberry-Pear Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15.6 oz.) pkg. cranberry bread mix
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg
    1 (16 oz.) can pears, drained and chopped or 1 c. fresh pears, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease bottom of 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
    Stir by hand (50 to 75 strokes) just until dry particles are moistened.
    Pour batter into loaf pan.
    Bake 70 to 80 minutes.
    Cool 15 minutes in pan then cool completely.
    To store, wrap loaf tightly in foil.
    (Bake 45 to 55 minutes for 3 mini loaves.)
