Autumn Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. broken pecans
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. canned milk
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Mix
    potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, 1/4 cup margarine, milk, vanilla, cinnamon and pineapple.
    Grease a 3-quart casserole and fill with mixture.
    Combine brown sugar, flour, pecans and remaining 1/4 cup margarine.
    Sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 6.
