Pate Au Chinois - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburg
    1 can cream-style corn
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, pared
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Pare and cook chopped potatoes in water for 20 minutes; mash with a little milk and salt to taste.
    Put aside.
    Brown hamburg pieces in a 10-inch skillet; drain off fat. In a 2-quart casserole pan, layer browned hamburg, then corn, then mashed potatoes.
    Bake in oven until bubbly and potatoes are lightly browned.
