Beef Burgundy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. top sirloin or round steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. Burgundy
Preparation
    Cut meat into bite-size pieces.
    Put in casserole dish.
    Add soups (undiluted) and Burgundy.
    Mix well.
    Cover and cook in 300\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
    No peeking.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
