Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oleo
    1/4 c. flour
    1 can crushed tomatoes (16 oz.)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. peeled, deveined shrimp
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute celery, onion and bell pepper in oleo about 5 minutes. Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Stir and cook about 2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes; cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add shrimp and cook until shrimp are pink (about 10 minutes).
    Stir in 1/2 cup of the cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
