Peach Cheese Tart - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese
3 or 4 peaches, sliced thin
3/4 c. milk
1 tsp. almond extract
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. melted butter
10-inch pie shell
Preparation

Arrange peaches in unbaked pie shell.
Beat cream cheese, milk, almond extract and eggs in blender.
Pour over peaches. Spoon over the melted butter.
Sprinkle with sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden (about 1 hour).
Cool to slice.
