Cherry-Lemon Icebox Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Pillsbury crust (red box, in refrigerated section)
Preparation
    Let crusts sit at room temperature for 15 minutes before opening. Cut crusts into circles to fit mini-muffin pan (use cookie cutter, jar, etc.). Generously prick the bottom and sides of each crust with fork. Bake 7 to 8 minutes at 425\u00b0 or until just lightly brown. Cool completely on wire rack.
