Easy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 1/4oz.) pkg. regular lemon pudding mix (not instant)
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    3 egg yolks, beaten
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 (9-inch) baked shell
    4 egg whites
    8 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Put pudding mix and sugar in top of a double boiler; stir in egg yolks. Put pan over simmering water and gradually stir in water. Cook slowly stirring constantly until mixture thickens. Add butter, and spoon mixture into baked pie shell. Beat egg whites, adding sugar gradually. Spread meringue completely covering pie to edge of pie shell.\tBake at 350\u00b0 about 15 minutes or until browned.
