Cheese Logs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. softened cream cheese
    2 (1 1/2 lb.) sandwich bread
    2 egg yolks
    2 sticks melted margarine
    1 c. sugar
    4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Beat cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and egg yolks.
    Trim crusts off bread.
    Roll flat.
    Roll each slice as thin as possible.
    Spread on cheese.
    Roll up into two logs.
    Dip in melted margarine and roll into combined sugar and cinnamon.
    Freeze.
    Bake frozen in a 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
    Serve warm.
