Colcannon(Irish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes
    1 small head cabbage
    1/3 pt. milk
    1 oz. butter
    1 small bunch scallions
    parsley
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel, boil and mash potatoes. Finely chop scallions; add to potatoes.
    Pour on boiling milk and beat until fluffy.
    Cook cabbage.
    Chop finely and pour on melted butter.
    Add to potatoes, chopped parsley, salt, pepper and cabbage and beat together well.
