90 Minute Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 4 1/2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Mix 1 1/2 cups flour, salt, sugar and yeast.
    Heat milk, water and oleo to 125\u00b0.
    Gradually add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed.
    Add 1 cup flour; beat at high for 2 minutes.
    Stir in enough flour to make dough soft.
    Knead 2 to 3 minutes.
    Divide dough into 12 parts.
    Put into greased pan.
    Put into cold oven with pan of hot water underneath.
    Close oven, let rise for 30 minutes.
    Remove water.
    Cook 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
