Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

10 slices white bread, crust cut off
2 sticks margarine
1 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained
6 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. milk
1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Butter bread after crust has been removed. Cut up into 2-inch pieces. Butter bottom of a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish. Place bread in dish. Mix eggs and drained sausage together. Add milk and cheese. Pour over bread. Refrigerate overnight. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered with foil. Remove foil and cook 15 minutes, uncovered.
