Mayonnaise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg yolks
    1 whole egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    salad spices or herbs
Preparation
    Put all ingredients, except oil and vinegar, in mixer and beat well.
    Continue beating and begin adding oil slowly, not more than 1 teaspoon at a time, until mixture begins to thicken.
    Then, add rest of oil, 1/4 cup at a time, alternately with the vinegar.
    Add more seasoning if necessary.
