Jack Daniel'S Rib Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Jack Daniel's whiskey
1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1 c. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
salt and pepper

Preparation

Mix well.
Makes enough for 2 racks of 7 to 10 ribs each.
