Pudding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. oil
1 egg
1 small pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0. Mix all ingredients until dough forms a ball. Shape dough by teaspoonfuls into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Dip glass into sugar and flatten balls. Bake about 8 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen cookies.
