Crunchy Pie(This Pie Freezes Well.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    11 single graham crackers, rolled fine
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 egg whites
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
Preparation
    Beat egg whites stiff. Continue beating.
    Add baking powder and sugar slowly. Fold graham crackers and nuts into mixture. Pour into a 9-inch greased glass pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool pie. Cover with half the whipping cream, whipped and sweetened.
    Place in refrigerator overnight or for at least 4 hours.
    Add the other half of the whipped cream to top when you serve.
