Marinated Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 lb. chicken wings
5 Tbsp. salt
2/3 c. flour, sifted
2 1/2 tsp. ajinomoto (m.s.g.)
1 1/2 c. cornstarch
10 eggs
1/2 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. onions, chopped
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. rice flour or Wondra flour
Preparation

Section wings at joints, discarding wing tips.
Combine flour, salt, sugar, cornstarch, rice flour and ajinomoto.
Beat eggs until well-blended.
Add with onions and soy sauce to dry mixture and mix thoroughly.
