Tabooly Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. wheat (bulghur; fine or coarse)
    1 bunch green onions
    2 bunches parsley (leaves)
    5 tomatoes
    3 lemon juices
    1/4 c. olive oil
Preparation
    Wash vegetables and chop fine. Wash and soak wheat 10 to 12 minutes. Squeeze water from wheat and add to vegetables. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, lemon juice and tomatoes. Mix well.
