Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 frozen, shallow pie shells
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Blend flour and sugar.
    Beat in eggs and add buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla.
    Mix well and pour into pie shells. Place pies on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until set and golden brown.
