Fried Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    1 large can evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients;
    beat egg slightly.
    Form in large ball. Let cool before
    using.
    This
    may\tbe divided and part used later; it freezes
    well.
    Use
    any kind of fruit.
    I cook my fruit and add
    a\tlittle\tcornstarch with sugar to thicken. Do not punch holes with fork.
