Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 pkg. broccoli, chopped
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 can mushroom soup
1 small jar pimento
1 c. cheese crackers
3/4 c. butter or margarine
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions; drain well.
Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise, grated cheese, lemon juice, pimento and mushroom soup.
Pour over broccoli.
Roll crackers into melted butter.
Cook casserole in a 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly. Cover with buttered crumbs and cook about 10 minutes.
