Pineapple Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    3 sweet potatoes
    12 large prunes
    2 Tbsp. fat
    juice of 1 lemon
    6 slices pineapple
    salt
    12 cloves
    1/4 c. pineapple juice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in fat.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Peel potatoes and halve.
    Rub with lemon juice and place on pork chops.
    Press 1 clove into each prune.
    Arrange prunes and pineapple on potatoes. Add pineapple juice; cover and cook on high until steaming.
    Turn to low for 45 minutes.
