Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pickling salt
    1 small onion, sliced
    12 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
    Combine
    all
    ingredients
    except
    eggs
    in
    saucepan. Simmer over
    low
    heat
    for 10 minutes.
    Arrange eggs in two 1 quart jars.
    Pour 1 cup vinegar mixture over eggs in each jar. Cover tightly
    and refrigerate overnight.
    Eggs may be stored up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
