Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. fresh sliced mushrooms
    1 medium onion, sliced
    6 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 lb. round steak, cut 1/4-inch thick
    1 can (1 1/4 c.) beef broth
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook mushrooms\tand onion in 4 tablespoons butter until tender; remove from butter.
    Add remaining butter.\tMix flour, salt and
    pepper;
    dredge meat in this mixture.
    Brown quickly in butter.
    Sprinkle
    remaining flour over meat.
    Add bouillon and Worcestershire
    sauce;
    heat through.
    Stir 2 tablespoons flour into
    sour cream; stir into meat mixture.
    Add mushrooms and onion;
    cook
    over\tlow
    heat until thickened.
    Serve over rice. Serves 6.
