Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans or 1 lb. can creamed corn
1 can milk
1 well beaten egg
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. mined onion
3 Tbsp. chopped pimento
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. buttered cracker crumbs
Preparation

Heat corn and milk.
Gradually stir in beaten egg and next four ingredients and dash of pepper.
Mix well.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serves 6.
