Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up
1/2 small onion, chopped
cayenne pepper (optional)
chili powder
salt and pepper
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, grated
9 oz. pkg. taco Doritos
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Stew chicken until done.
Arrange pieces in 9 x 13-inch greased pan (you may choose to debone chicken first).
Sprinkle on onions, spices and Velveeta cheese.
Sprinkle on 1/2 package Doritos (crushed).
Mix Ro-Tel tomatoes and soups in blender. Pour over chicken mixture.
Place remaining Doritos on top (either whole or crushed).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
