Buttermilk Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. buttermilk
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted and cooled
2 large eggs
1 3/4 c. yellow corn meal
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Grease 9 x 5 metal loaf pan.
In medium bowl, with fork, mix buttermilk, melted butter and eggs until blended.
In large bowl, mix corn meal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
With fork, stir buttermilk mixture and corn into corn meal mixture, just until blended.
