Stuffed Mushroom Caps - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1 stick butter
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cut stalks off mushrooms.
Clean out caps.
Set caps aside. Wash thoroughly and finely dice remaining mushroom pieces.
In a saucepan, melt butter.
Add garlic and diced mushroom pieces.
Cook 10 minutes.
Add bread crumbs and cheese.
Heat until thick.
Cool, then stuff caps.
Bake in covered dish at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
