Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
1 medium grated onion
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. light salad oil
3 medium eggs or 3 c. Egg Beaters
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
basil to taste
garlic to taste
oregano to taste
Preparation

In large bowl, mix all ingredients well.
Pour into 8-inch deep greased pie pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Toothpick should come out clean.
