Low-Fat Oven Fries - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small baking potatoes
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    nonstick spray coating
Preparation
    Scrub potatoes thoroughly.
    Cut each potato lengthwise into 8 slices.
    Brush cut surface lightly with melted margarine.
    In a plastic bag, combine Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, paprika and onion powder.
    Add 8 potato slices at a time to bag. Shake to coat.
    Spray an 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan with nonstick coating.
    Arrange potatoes in pan.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 2 servings.
