Hamburger Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
    1 can sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/4 c. uncooked regular rice
    2 cans (16 oz. each) stewed tomatoes
    3 1/2 c. water
    5 beef bouillon cubes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. frozen green beans
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, onion and garlic in Dutch oven until beef is browned.
    Drain off fat.
    Add remaining ingredients except green beans.
    Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered, 30 minutes.
    Add green beans, continue simmering 10 minutes more.
