Oliver Family Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, cut in small pieces
    3 lb. fresh pork, cubed
    3 lb. lean beef, cubed
    1 qt. Irish potatoes, cubed
    1 c. onions, cubed
    1 1/2 qt. creamed corn
    1 pt. small butter beans
    2 small cans English peas
    1 can tomato sauce
    1 qt. tomatoes
    1 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder (optional)
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. unthawed okra (last 15 minutes of cooking)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in reserved liquids with meat; bring to boil.
    Lower heat and simmer for 2 or 3 hours.
    Yields about 6 to 7 quarts.
    This recipe freezes well.
