Chow Mein Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. raw rice
    1 1/2 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    1/2 large onion, chopped
    2 cans water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 bottle soy sauce
Preparation
    Cook onion in oleo in pan until starting to brown; add beef and stir until it loses its red color.
    Add rice; stir well.
    Add celery soup, water and soy sauce.
    Stir well.
    Put in long casserole dish and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
