Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs (separate 2 eggs for top)
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. flour (rounded)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 stick margarine
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add sugar, flour and nutmeg.
    Beat egg yolks from the 2 eggs with the 1 whole egg and put in dry ingredients. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then bake at 350\u00b0 until thick.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; sweeten.
    Put on pie and brown lightly.
