John Wayne Cheese Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans (4 oz. each) green chilies
    1 lb. Monterey cheese, grated
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    2 c. canned milk
    4 egg whites, beaten
    4 egg yolks
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 tomatoes, diced
Preparation
    Combine cheeses and chilies, put into well-buttered jelly roll pan.
    Beat egg whites and combine other ingredients.
    Add to egg whites.
    Pour over cheese mixture.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and spread chopped tomatoes over top; bake 30 minutes longer.
    Test with knife that comes out clean.
