Pumpkin Cream Cheese Roll-Up - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. solid pumpkin (can)
Preparation

Beat eggs and sugar until thick.
Add pumpkin; stir in dry ingredients.
Line cookie sheet with wax paper.
Grease and flour the wax paper.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Loosen cake onto damp towel dusted with powdered sugar.
Roll up cake and towel to cool completely.
Unroll and spread with cream cheese filling and re-roll; chill.
