Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg Graham crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 lg. pkgs. cream cheese
4 eggs (separated)
1/2 pt. whipping cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream 2 Tbsp. butter and sugar.
Add Graham cracker crumbs. Blend thoroughly.
Press in bottom and sides of spring-form pan.
