Hot Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. chicken wings (econo pkg.)
10 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1 can beef consomme
1 c. dry vermouth
2 to 3 dashes hot pepper sauce
1 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation

Brown the chicken wings in hot oil. Combine the remaining ingredients; add the wings. Simmer until liquid is reduced and wings are glazed.
Add mushrooms, if desired.
