Skillet Italian Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 lb. zucchini, cut into strips about 3-inches long, or slices
    1 c. onion, cut into large pieces or slices
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
    Add zucchini and onion.
    Cook, uncovered, stirring frequently until crisp-tender (about 5 to 8 minutes).
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Serves 4.
