No-Bake Chocolate Cheesecake(Makes One 9-Inch Cheesecake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    2/3 c. water
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. (1/2 pt.) whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine margarine, crumbs and sugar; pat firmly on bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Chill.
    In small saucepan, soften gelatin in water.
    Over low heat, dissolve gelatin completely; set aside. In large mixer bowl, beat cheese and chocolate until fluffy.
    Add Eagle Brand and vanilla; beat until smooth.
    Stir in gelatin mixture.
    Fold in whipped cream.
    Pour into prepared pan.
    Chill 3 hours or until set.
    Garnish as desired.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
