Italian Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 c. white sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    3 qt. water
    2 c. macaroni
    1/4 c. cottage cheese
    1/4 c. tomato paste
    1/4 tsp. dry English mustard
Preparation
    Heat the water; add salt and bring to a boil.
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Make a white sauce and thin it with water.
    Mix the Cheddar cheese, white sauce and the mustard.
    Mix evenly with the macaroni and pour into a buttered casserole dish.
    Top with tomato paste, Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
