Rhubarb Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    2/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation
    Stir into large bowl in order given.
    When well mixed, pour into large prepared loaf pan 3/4 full.
    Rises handsomely; sprinkle topping over batter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cool before slicing.
