Easy Crab Bisque - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can mushroom soup
1 can asparagus soup
1 c. crabmeat, flaked
2 c. light cream or nondairy creamer for low fat
2 soup cans of water
1/4 tsp. seafood seasoning
chopped chives
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine the two soups, milk, cream and seafood seasoning. Heat slowly, stirring occasionally.
Add crabmeat; heat to just below the boiling point.
Add salt to taste.
Just before serving, top with chives.
