Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sauerkraut
    1 1/3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 large green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Drain sauerkraut and chop with scissors.
    Mix with sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Salad needs no dressing. Flavor improves with standing.
    Cover and refrigerate.
