Potato Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 c. cubed potatoes
    2 c. water
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. sliced celery
    1/2 chopped onion
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 c. cold milk
    4 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Simmer in a large pan for about 20 minutes the potatoes, water, carrots, celery, onion, parsley flakes and bouillon cubes.
    Add Velveeta cheese, cold milk and flour.
