Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 white onion, thinly sliced
1/2 large green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 tsp. minced garlic (I use garlic salt)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 pound rib eye steak, sliced very very thin
1/3 pound thinly sliced white american or velveeta cheese
Preparation

Heat heavy skillet over medium heat.
Add some oil, then onions and peppers.
Cook stirring till caramelized.
Add seasonings, stirring for a bit.
Push to one side of skillet, add meat and cook till no longer pink.
Top with cheese and let melt.
Put on toasted french bread or hamburger buns and enjoy.
