Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked, cut up chicken or turkey
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen French-cut green beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil leaves
    pepper
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Saute chicken or turkey, mushrooms and garlic in oil for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except rice; bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice; remove from heat.
    Cover and let stand 5 minutes.
    Makes 4 servings.
    Serve with fresh lettuce salad and bread.
    This is low calorie and low-fat.
